1. Do you provide 24 hour assistance?

Yes! You can contact us during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am-6pm (+0800 GMT). The following are our contact details: Tel: 603-42705400, Fax: 603-42705402, Email: enquiries@mylawbox.com.


2. To whom do I address the cheque to?

Please address the cheque to "Mylawbox Sdn Bhd".


3.  Do you offer free trials?

Yes, you can contact us via email at sales@mylawbox.com and request for a free trial.


4. How can I change my billing or delivery address?

You can fill in the form in members area by going to update address hyperlink to change your billing or delivery address. 


5. Can two users log into the system at the same time?

No, there are safeguards in place to ensure that no such concurrent logins occur. We offer affordable rates, so we would strongly discourage user/password-sharing. However, please contact us if you encounter problems logging in.


6. How can I view state or provincial legislation or rules?

MyLawBox does not have this within its database at present, but we may incorporate it in the future.


7. How can I get a copy of my statements of account / credit notes / invoices / delivery notes / others?

To obtain a copy of the above documents, please contact us during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9am-6pm (+0800 GMT). The following are our contact details: Tel: 603-42705400, Fax: 603-42705402, Email: enquiries@mylawbox.com


8. How do you handle renewals?

The MyLawBox system will automatically generate invoices for all renewals in the month preceeding the expiry date.


9. I would like more information on the legal publications you sell. Who can assist me?

A variety of our physical publications are featured in our E-Bookshop. Or call us at 603-42705400 for more information.


10.   How do I make payments for my purchases?

You may pay by cash or cheque made out to “MyLawBox Sdn Bhd” or by credit card via our online payment gateway.


12.   Do you offer student discounts?
